About Us

A leading provider of neurological physiotherapy in the North West since 2003

What is Special about Neurological Physiotherapists?

Neurological Physiotherapists have completed the same basic qualifications as other physiotherapists but have then focused their training specifically on neurological rehabilitation.  They have completed courses designed specifically for neurological patients and gained knowledge and experience through hands-on therapy.

All our physiotherapists are highly experienced in the rehabilitation of neurological conditions.  We are dedicated to providing a high standard of service and helping you to achieve your best possible recovery.  All of our physiotherapists are registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health & Care Professionals Council.

Although very professional, we are also dedicated to making your treatment an enjoyable experience and treatment is offered in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Assessment & Treatment

We will treat you as a person not a condition. Even with relatively common conditions, the symptoms are different for each person, so our assessment and treatment will be specifically designed for you.

We will look at how your whole body has been affected, not just one part of it. We can then fully determine the problems you are having and where they are stemming from.  Following your assessment, a unique and individual treatment plan can be devised.

Treatment frequency varies depending on the individual needs of the client and is discussed following your assessment.  Some people initially have treatment 1 to 2 times per week, while others prefer monthly sessions.  We can offer intensive daily therapy if required. We can also offer a maintenance service to ensure you are managing your condition in the best possible way in the long term.

Do I need a referral?

There is no need for a doctors referral. You or your family can contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and to make an appointment.

If you’re not sure what you need or have questions about our services, we can also offer a free telephone consultation with one of our specialist neurological physiotherapists prior to making an appointment.  There is absolutely no obligation to book an assessment and this will allow you to have an informal chat where we can advise how we may be able to help you and the treatments we can offer.

We are also pleased to accept referrals from medical professionals, solicitors, case managers etc.
