Neurocare Staff Profile - Nicola Gaskins

Nicola graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 1997 from the Manchester School of Physiotherapy. She undertook her junior rotations at Burnley General Hospital and the Royal Preston Hospital.  In early 2000 she moved to Westmorland General Hospital taking up a senior post which involved provision of the physiotherapy service to the medical wards, acute care of the elderly and cardiac rehabilitation exercise classes.

Her experience spans neurology, neurosurgery, stroke rehabilitation, ICU, medical and coronary care unit.

She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, registered with the Health Professional Council, and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Cardiac Rehabilitation.
