From M6
Leave M6 at Junction 34 and turn onto A683 towards Lancaster.
After approx 1 mile, continue onto one-way system signposted Heysham/Morecambe. Pass Pizza Hut and PC World on right and move into right hand lane.
Road bears round to the right and at the traffic lights continue straight ahead to A589 signposted Heysham/Morecambe
Cross the river and keep in left lanes to continue on A589 (signposted Heysham/Morecambe)
Continue under railway bridge, then at roundabout take 1st exit onto Ovangle Road B5273.
Pass Asda on left and take next left into Salt Ayre Lane, Arrive at Leisure Centre. Plase ask at reception for the location of the clinic room.

From the M6 travelling South
Leave M6 at junction 31, Go under motorway then then re-join M6 going northbound. Then follow directions as below
From the M6 travelling North
Leave M6 at Junction 31a and follow the signs to Longridge B6243
Upon entering Grimsargh, the road sweeps sharply round to the right, Alderbank is just after the bend on the right hand side. If you pass a Mitsubishi garage on the left, you’ve gone just too far.
Westmoreland General Hospital, Kendal
Turn into hospital grounds and take first left towards physiotherapy dept.
Turn left again signposted Maternity and Kendal NHS TReatment Centre.
Follow the road round to the back of the hospital and take the first right turning into the car park signposted Staff Car Park for Ramsey Healthcare Kendal NHS Treatment Centre.
You can park in the disabled places in this car park, however, if you don't have a disabled badge please inform the physio and you will be given a Neurocare parking pass to use.
Once parked plase ring the intercom for the Kendal NHS Treatment Centre, tell them you’re there for physiotherapy with Neurocare and someone will let you in.
Take a seat in reception and the physiotherapist will come and collect you.
